James Hetfield and Sammy Hagar did it again. The two hard rockers held the 3rd annual Acoustic-4-a-Cure concert in San Francisco, benefiting the Paediatric Cancer Program at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital.
The highlight of the evening happened when the Metallica frontman performed ‘Motorbreath’, creating an acoustic country version to the old time thrash metal classic. Watch below.
Hetfield also performed "The Unforgiven" and a cover of Screamin' Jay Hawkins' "I Put a Spell on You." During his set he was joined by Tommy Lee, Avi from Goodnight, Texas, Joe Satriani, Henry, Dave and his daughter Cali.
