Iron Maiden: “Dickinson Expected To Make A Full Recovery”

Rod Smallwood, co-manager of British heavy metal legends Iron Maiden, have released a statement on the band’s Facebook page regarding vocalist Bruce Dickinson‘s cancer treatment.

The 56-year-old singer was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor at the back of his tongue and underwent seven weeks of chemotherapy and radiology treatment. According to the statement, in a couple of months from now Dickinson will be able to take an MRI scan in order to confirm the success of the treatment. He is expected to make a full recovery.
