YouTab highly values your privacy and has therefore set up this extensive privacy policy to help you better understand your rights and how your information is processed through the YouTab services.

What Information Do We Collect?

YouTab may retain information you provide when you use the YouTab services and visit the YouTab website such as your email address, real name, age, gender, country of residence, payment information, pictures and other material and information uploaded to the Services by you.

Who are the 3rd parties who have access to this information?

In order to provide you with certain services, and except as specified below, YouTab may share with third parties certain information that is not personally identifiable. Any personal identifiable information may be shared with third parties when:

  • We need to disclose such information to fulfill a transaction you have requested;
  • When using our website service, any payment information transmitted to our payment service providers is temporarily cashed by us but in a way that is unreadable to us. When you make in-app purchase such as the App Store, Google Play or Amazon Kindle, we do not collect or store any of your payment information;
  • (i) We are required to disclose such information to authorized officers of the court in order to comply with valid legal process or (ii) to act in other circumstances in which YouTab believes the services are being used illegally or in the commission of a crime or (iii) when necessary either to protect the rights or property of YouTab or its users (v) or to enforce and/or investigate terms of service violations.
  • We need to send such information to a third party contractor, company, partner or affiliated company which works with YouTab in helping us operate the YouTab services and provide our services to you. In such circumstances we will only provide these companies with the information they need to deliver the service.
  • As otherwise specified in this Privacy Policy.

Please be aware that any information you may have published in a public area may be accessible to YouTab or third parties and used by YouTab or such third parties for any reason. Should you choose to allow YouTab, it may also allow your friends on 3rd party websites to access some of this information (for example, if you allow YouTab to post on your Facebook wall, it will let your friends know what you listened to).

Please note that our Privacy Policy does not apply to services offered by other companies or individuals, including products or sites that may be displayed, interacted with or accessed through the YouTab website and services, such as Facebook or Google. Yes, you can send an email to info@utab.com in order to remove any personal information from YouTab’s servers or to amend any personal information, provided, however, that YouTab may charge you the cost of such removal.

The YouTab service is international in scope. By using the YouTab services you consent to your Information being sent and processed in other jurisdictions outside the European Union and European Economic Area, including the United States where there may be less stringent data protection laws.

Children Under 13 Years of Age

For users in the United States, our services are intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under the age of 13 and do not wish to do so.
